We firmly believe in and stand behind our products 100%, but we understand that it cannot work perfectly for everyone all of the time. If you are unhappy with your purchase, or you have an issue that we are unable to resolve that makes the system unusable, we will be happy to give you a refund.

Refunds will be offered at our sole discretion and must meet all of the following conditions fully:

  • You are within the first 10 days of the purchase of the theme.
  • No refunds will be granted after the first 10 days of the original purchase whatsoever.
  • By purchasing theme(s) from our site, you agree to this refund policy and relinquish any rights to subject it to any questions, judgment or legal actions.

Refund Policy

We trust our users so the ThemesDaddy offer a full or partial refund which will take some days’ time but only after we are confirmed about the issues occurred. Our support team will try to solve the issues at first and if you are not satisfied or if it is not the one you have searched for then only we are going to refund you back.
Since ThemesDaddy is offering non-tangible goods, we strongly believe that you will take your time to check our products from our Demo Server and make sure you are fully satisfied before joining or purchasing.
We don’t offer any refund for any item that you buy/bought at a discounted price. The items you buy at a special price (e.g. promotions/discounts) will not be eligible for refunds too. We will not proceed with the refund after 10 days of the purchase. We will not refund if you bought an item by mistake and the product(s) was sent/already downloaded by you.
